Marissa is a San Francisco Bay Area photographer with nearly two decades of experience creating distinctive imagery for commercial clients, brands, publications, and creative teams. With a Master’s degree in Fine Art Photography from the Academy of Art in San Francisco, she brings an artist’s eye to every assignment—balancing color, composition, texture, and movement with a natural, intuitive approach to image-making.

Her work spans commercial and editorial photography, portraiture, headshots, lifestyle, and action, with an emphasis on images that feel polished without feeling overly produced. Whether working from a tightly defined creative brief or developing a concept from the ground up, Marissa approaches each project collaboratively, allowing ideas to evolve while maintaining a strong visual point of view.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she works with clients throughout California and across the country, with frequent projects in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York.
